Alfonso Moretti, Jr. has been a certified personal trainer for 20 years. He is also a nutrition consultant. Alfonso has appeared in fitness-related TV programs and contributes to Men’s Fitness.

Bonnie Pfiester runs fitness facilities and boot camp programs in Vero Beach, Florida, with her husband Steve Pfiester. She is also a fitness model and columnist whose work has appeared in a variety of local and national publications.
Christopher Borders is a member of the FitStudio community who signed up for the four-week BCx Boot Camp program on FitStudio and lost an amazing 12 pounds while gaining strength and muscle mass. He is the author of 101 Foods That Could Save Your Life and 101 Optimal Life Foods. He served as a national spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association for over six years.

Scott Herman is the owner and operator of the online fitness community Scott Herman Fitness, LLC. When he was 12 years old, he started his first job performing maintenance duties at Gold’s Gym. He went on to become a personal trainer, and by the age of 22 he was the general manager of Answer is Fitness, a gym and health club in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Two years later Scott left for Brooklyn, New York to film The Real World: Brooklyn, an MTV reality series. He founded Scott Herman Fitness in 2008. Megan is the founder of Run Like a Mother, a women’s health initiative that promotes running as an avenue to fitness and overall wellness.
