Bikini season is upon us, and that means it’s time to get your butt in gear. FitStudio guru, Steve Pfiester, shows you how to make your backside your best side with this fat-busting bottom burner.

What you’ll need:
Barbell and plate weights
The moves:
1. Skater
2. Stomps left leg
3. Stomps right leg
4. Squat press (thruster)
5. Mary Catherines

Directions:
Do 15 repetitions of each exercise with little rest, and repeat the circuit three times.
